  • How do I install a package I have purchased from the online store?

Please read the following instruction guide on how to import a package into Cabinet Vision:

Importing Package into CV

  • I am encountering an error when I try to import a package - how do I resolve this?
  1. Make sure you are importing the correct package version that matches your version of Cabinet Vision
  2. Packages are normally forward compatible, so a CV2023 package should import into CV2024, if there is no package provided for CV2024.
  3. Packages are normally NOT backward compatible, so a CV2023 package will most likely NOT import into CV2022 or earlier
  4. For Network versions of Cabinet Vision, you may need to install the package on the server itself, although this is normally not required.
